The Community Service Program carries on the original AWS mission (established in 1962) by assisting offenders, former offenders, family members, and homeless individuals in rebuilding their lives as productive, law-abiding members of the community. Case management and coordination of services help clients make a successful transition back into society, having a positive effect on crime reduction and prevention. Eight (8) regional office locations serve the following counties: Abbeville, Anderson, Chester, Greenwood, Greenville, Lexington, Lancaster, Richland, Sumter and York.
